New Year, New Sport?

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!

Are you one to make New Year's resolutions?

Maybe you purchased a Christmas gift for someone who chases the adrenaline rush and thought... "I wonder if I can do that too?”.

You don’t know if you’ll like something unless you try it, so why not just dive in? (pun intended)

Surfing, kayaking, paddleboarding, canoeing - we can give you the basic guides to them all.

It’s always a bit scary trying something new, but think back to when you were learning how to walk...
Easier said than done yes, but you still managed to do it.

As adults, we know some of the risks involved, which can shoot our confidence down and prevent us from moving forward, so whichever sport you choose, make sure you get lessons from qualified instructors to minimise any accidents that may happen if you try it by yourself.

All equipment is provided by the Instructors and they are specially trained to teach you from the safety aspects of the sport to environmental hazards, which can lower your anxiety as you learn at a realistic progression time and level.

You know the old saying “All the gear, no idea” It’s a loose quote but it can be the difference between arriving and leaving in one piece.

Pop a search into Google in your area for Surf Schools, kayak/canoe instructors or paddleboarding tuition.

Whichever watersport you choose, you’ll have a blast. Good luck, whatever your escape.
