- When can I collect my order?
Our warehouse team will work as quick as they can to pick your order.
Ocassionally we will ship items from an off-site warehouse so that all your order is ready to collect together at the same time, which can take 24 hours.
Please do not travel to collect your order until you have received an email confirmation stating that your order is ready to collect.
