It's important to stay safe on or near the water so in this blog we will cover everything you need to know about the Palm Glide Waistbelt PFD.
This personal flotation device is versatile. It can be used by paddleboarders, fishermen or anyone undertaking any light activity near or on the water.
The Glide PFD conceals a 100N flotation bladder and because of its packed-down size, it sits comfortably out of the way during your activities. It has a small zip pocket for storing essential items like your phone and multiple D-ring attachment points on the belt.
Should you find yourself in difficulty, the life jacket is manually activated and instantly inflates at the pull of the yellow toggle cord. It is inflated using a 24g CO2 cylinder re-arm kit which should be replaced on your Glide PFD after use.
Once the Glide is inflated it can be securely fastened over your head. The inflated chamber remains attached to the waistbelt via a strap and can be topped up or deflated using the valve
