Being drawn to rivers and the beautiful places they carried him, is what encouraged Bill Parks to begin NRS back in 1972. Since then they have worked hard to share their passion for paddling with the rest of the World, becoming the reliable brand for paddlers whether they're taking on big white water rapids or trying to land a monster fish.
