We show you what happens from the moment you click the buy button, to picking and packing your order in our warehouse.

We're constantly updating and bringing in new systems, meaning we can keep on delivering unbeatable customer service every time you shop with us ?

The moment you click..
All stock listed on our website is live and linked directly to our warehouse stock system.
Once you confirm your order, the items you've chosen are allocated to you straight away on our system.

Pick

We go and pick..
Once our team have received your order on their hand held device, they head off into the warehouse to pick it.
Every product at Escape Watersports is kept at a specific barcoded location within our warehouse.
Our system automatically sets the most efficient picking route for our pickers so help speed things up. Each item is scanned at point of pick so we know we're picking exactly what you've ordered.

Pack

Time to wrap things up...
At the packing stations our team will once again scan each item to make sure we're sending you what you've ordered, then package it up and ship out with one of our tracked courier labels.

Deliver

The hand over...
Your order is given to one of our trusted couriers, and now it's on route to your doorstep!
