Here at Escape we are continuously looking for ways that we can improve your shopping experience.
We know that shopping online can be difficult, especially when you can't try on items before buying, and although we have size guides for all our wearable products it's not always enough.
So that's why we are now offering free returns on most of our items.
Here's all you need to know.
What qualifies for a free return label?
Most of our items quality for a free returns label, they just have to fit within the measurements shown below.
You'll be able to see if an item qualifies for a free return label by checking out the returns tab on the product page before you buy.
Max weight: 20kg
Parcel dimensions: 61cm x 46cm x 46cm
Follow these steps to create your free return label:
1. Make sure you are returning your item(s) within 30 days of recieving the original order.
2. Check the item you are sending back to us is within the maximum dimensions and weight. Items larger than this do not qualify for free returns.
3. Fill out our return card and pop it in the parcel with your item(s) before sending it back to us.
4. Create your free returns label here. You can print it off, or take to a Post Office that offers a print in store service.
Returning larger items
Unfortunately due to the size of some our items, we are unable to offer a free return label on our larger products.
In this case you will be responsible for the cost of returning this item to us if you no longer want it.
This includes items such as kayaks, surfboards, paddles, stand up paddle boards, and other items that are larger than the maximum shown above.

Your Returns Card
You'll receive a returns card with every order for you to include when you return your item(s).
On this returns card, any items that qualify for a free return label will have a tick in the free return box.
If you do not have this form, you can print out and complete a returns form here and it include it with your item(s).
