Gore Big or Gore Home!

banner

For any serious paddler, having the ability to step in and out of a drysuit is essential. Maybe you are just jumping on the water for a power hour making the most of the levels, tide or light, maybe you are hopping into the car to race down the road for multiple rivers or laps.
There’s one certainty as a paddler, the last thing we want or need are damp soggy thermals making us cold, killing any motivation to get fired up and straight back on the water.

Our top Autumn/Winter wetsuits

AW-wetsuit_20220830-102155_1
A wetsuit is a one-piece suit that’s made of neoprene and can vary in thickness and design.

The stretchy material holds tight to your body to keep you warm when wet and water is held in-between your body and the suit, allowing your body’s core temperature to keep the water inside the suit warm. Generally, the thicker the neoprene, the warmer you’ll be in colder water. For example, a 5/4 or 6/4 is often used in colder water than a 3/2.
