It's International Women's Day, and we want to shout about the amazingly talented women working behind the scenes at Escape Watersports.

We are proud to say that the Escape team is predominantly made up of women. Whether it's building trusting relationships with our customers or our suppliers, and even building our website, these incredible women have helped make Escape Watersports what it is today!

Shannon D - Returns and E-commerce Administrator 

When it comes to our online store, it is important we find ways to make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable at all stages. This is where Shannon comes in.

Shannon makes up part of our customer service team, helping customers before they buy, but she is also the one taking care of all our customer returns and warranty claims afterwards too.

Shannon B - Business Support Manager 

Helping the business to run smoothly, Shannon's role is a hard one to narrow down because she does so much!

Shannon finds problems before they happen at all points in the product journey through Escape Watersports. From the point that we buy from our suppliers, book in to the warehouse, and sell on to our customer.

Beckii - Customer Service and Sales Manager 
Beckii plays an important role at Escape Watersports, helping to maintain good relationships with our existing suppliers and our customers, but still keeping a lookout for new brands to add to our offering.

Beckii oversees our customer service team. If she can't answer your question or help with your problem, no one can!

 

Becx - Customer Service and E-commerce Administrator 

Looking after the customer is important in all businesses, and we're very lucky to have Becx as one of our leading ladies in the customer service team.

Whether you need advice on what kit you need, completing your order, we know Becx will have you covered.  

Claire - Co-Owner 

Let's face it. The show would not be running without Claire!

Claire helped to create Escape Watersports back in 2011. She makes our website happen, and is constantly updating it and looking for ways to improve the customer journey.
And if something happens to our IT systems, Claire knows the solution.

Dawn - Accounts Manager 

Working with all things numbers, Dawn takes care of the money here at Escape.

Not only does she ensure we all get paid (thanks Dawn!) she makes sure we never miss a payment to our suppliers, keeping our relationships with them positive and sweet.

Lani - Marketing Executive 

The face behind all the newsletters and blog posts. Lani's job is to show our customers what we are all about.

It's not just promoting sales and bargains though. Lani is always looking for ways to expand and grow our audience by enouraging participation and the love for water sports.
